Intake is a fully managed GDPR secure service and you have full control over the data you want transferred to your school library management system.
Intake library software is compatible with all UK school MIS platforms* and works with our Reading Cloud, Junior Librarian and Eclipse library management systems.
An Intake key feature is that it automatically updates student data in Reading Cloud when updates are made in your MIS (updates every 24 hours between 2 and 7am) so you can rely on completely synchronised accurate student data.
Intake is a fully managed service offering and Wonde are our recommended data integrator with over 17,000 schools in the UK already using Wonde to synchronise data between their MIS and other 3rd party education platforms.
If you don't currently have Wonde installed at your school it can be set up quickly and easily and Wonde do not charge schools a separate fee.
*Intake library software supports all UK school management information systems with the exception of Scottish SEEMIS currently.
Pricing and Orders
Intake is available to all schools for £87.50 for a 12 month annual subscription fee.
Ordering online is straightforward and once you complete the online order form you'll receive a confirmation email from us and our colleagues at Wonde will be in touch within 2-3 working days to get you set up.
If you're currently using Connect in your school and you'd like to move over to the Intake library management solution you can do so at any time.
The annual subscription price is the same for each solution at £87.50 for Connect and Intake. If you have time left on your Connect subscription this will be transferred to your Intake subscription.
